Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Building & Facilities Officer. As a key member of our centre team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the delivery of our services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Facilities Management: Ensure the centre is safe and secure, including opening and closing procedures, health and safety checks, and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, users, and stakeholders, including answering enquiries, handling bookings, and resolving issues.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with centre teams to deliver services, support events, and maintain a positive working environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Basic IT skills and familiarity with office software
