About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Strategist to join our Media department. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a team of media planners and drive campaign delivery across multiple markets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of global marketing strategies and experience in leading large-scale campaigns. You will be responsible for implementing the global strategy at the EMEA level, coordinating local markets, and owning client accounts.

You will also serve as the primary contact for senior clients, consistently meeting or exceeding their expectations, and leading high-level presentations to build confidence in our work.

$90,000 - $110,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee outputs from both yourself and your direct reports, ensuring quality control and timely delivery of all documents and projects.
  • Implement the global strategy at the EMEA level, coordinating local markets to align with the overarching vision and taking full ownership of client accounts.
  • Serve as the primary contact for senior clients, consistently meeting or exceeding their expectations, and leading high-level presentations to build confidence in our work.
  • Lead and execute cross-channel media recommendations, driven by insights and data, to provide clear and effective solutions.
  • Ensure account profitability by managing financial aspects such as reconciliations, payments, and financial tracking, while meeting agreed margin targets.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • An established career in marketing or media planning, preferably with experience in leading large-scale campaigns.
  • A strong understanding of global marketing strategies and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships.
