About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust. As a Band 6 Occupational Therapist, you will work with patients with complex needs, providing comprehensive assessments and delivering evidence-based therapy programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-standard Neuro Occupational Therapy, assessing patients and delivering individual treatment programs.
  • Work with patients in their homes through ESD in-reach to community beds.
  • Hold responsibility for your caseload and work unsupervised in a team environment.
  • Be accountable for assessing, planning, and evaluating treatment to patients within professional guidelines.
  • Identify patient needs, agree goals, and provide therapy interventions relating to physical, functional, and psychological needs.

Requirements

  • A degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Evidence of continuing professional development.
  • Willingsness to undertake Fieldwork/Practice Educator qualification.
  • Relevant post-graduate clinical experience in Neuro Rehab and working with people with cognitive problems is essential.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is £43,041 - £70,305 per annum, depending on experience.
