We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our team of support staff in providing exceptional care to adults with learning disabilities. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of adult care in East Devon.
- Commit to upholding the highest standards of care and reporting any concerns related to safeguarding or quality assurance.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to excel in their roles.
- Oversee the planning and implementation of training programs, addressing performance issues, and managing staff budgets to drive business success.
- Forge meaningful connections with local communities and stakeholders to promote the organization's mission and values.
- Regularly inspect and evaluate services to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Bring expertise in supporting individuals with learning disabilities/mental health needs and hold a recognized qualification in social care management (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
- Exhibit excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Adapt to changing circumstances, showing flexibility in work hours and travel requirements.
