Construction Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:
As a Quantity Surveyor at Rise Technical Recruitment, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects from start to completion. This will involve running projects commercially, submitting valuations and variations, and managing the tender process for new projects. You will also be responsible for liaising with on-site and in-house teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Project Management:
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Coordinate with on-site and in-house teams
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Commercial Management:
• Submit valuations and variations
• Manage the tender process for new projects
• Ensure commercial aspects of projects are managed effectively
Team Liaison:
• Liaise with on-site and in-house teams
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise
