Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced multi-activity instructor to join our team in Scotland. As a key member of our outdoor education program, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction and leading groups of young people and families.

A successful candidate will have experience working in an outdoor environment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Additionally, you should have a full UK driving licence with B1 (Manual) and a range of qualifications in paddlesports, climbing, and biking.

The salary for this role is £25,986 per annum, pro rata for a seasonal contract starting from 1st March and running until the end of August.
