Manufacturing Engineer

Job Type: Full-time

The Manufacturing Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient production of products through the factory. Key responsibilities include improving existing processes, implementing best practices, and optimizing procedures to enhance productivity and quality. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that work meets established internal quality and health & safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing procedures
  • Ensure compliance with quality and health & safety standards
  • Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of heavy engineering experience
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
