About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and trustworthy Mobile Patrol Officer to join our team at Horizon Parking Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the car parks are tidy and clean at all times, while providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patrol and monitor car parks to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Issue Parking Charge Notices as required, in line with contraventions set out in the terms and conditions signage.
  • Check parking equipment is in working order and report any faults to the Line Manager.
  • Restock machines with tickets, undertake minor repairs and maintenance of machines, and perform preventative maintenance and replenishment of consumables within payment and validation kiosks.
  • Improve accessibility for all site users and manage abuse of parking facilities.
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist customers as required.
  • Carry out duties in line with company health and safety policies and follow safe working practices.
Requirements
  • Full UK Driving licence.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal/networking skills.
  • Good verbal and listening communications skills.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Basic IT, literacy, and numeracy skills.
  • Pro-active and self-motivated.
  • Management of own timekeeping and attendance.
  • A good understanding of the role and requirements of our customers.
  • A sensitive and practical approach to enforcement at site.
  • An understanding of the diversity of our customers and colleagues.
