About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join our team at Lido Musselburgh.

As a key member of the kitchen team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality food preparation and service.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and service, with the ability to motivate and inspire the team to achieve high standards.

The role involves working closely with the Head Chef to develop menus, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Salary: £45,000 per annum, negotiable based on experience
