Job Title: Carpenter

Estimated Salary: £22.75 per hour
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team at Niyaa People Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out repairs within tenanted social housing properties in the Reading area.
This is a temporary position with the opportunity to go permanent, offering a competitive hourly rate of £22.75 and various benefits.
The ideal candidate will have experience in carpentry, specifically in tenanted social housing properties, as well as a full UK driving license.
Responsibilities will include:
- Hanging doors
- Boxing in
- Changing locks
- Gaining entry
In return for their expertise, the Carpenter will receive:
- A company van and fuel card
- Door-to-door pay
- PDA (Portable Data Assistant) and uniform included
