Purchasing Assistant Role

We are seeking a skilled Purchasing Assistant to support the buying needs of our Purchasing Manager. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in sourcing products from suppliers to meet our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and prepare purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate and expedite supplier deliveries, ensuring timely receipt of products.
• Review and resolve any issues with incoming orders, working closely with relevant departments.
• Update our purchasing management tool with renewed delivery dates and maintain accurate forecasts and costs.
• Contribute to the creation of new products, working closely with our product development team.
