We are currently looking for a passionate Graduate to join our Front Office Team on a 12 month fixed-term basis, with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other.

Main Duties and Expectations

  • To answer all guest queries in the most professional manner with regard to facilities, services and other features of The Landmark London.
  • Understanding of relevant policies and procedures and how to deal with specific situations.
  • Cover the main Reception desk throughout the Night – 0700
  • Assist with the daily night audit, ensure that the night reports are completed for Accounts.
  • Work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.

Requirements

  • Passionate Graduate with a strong interest in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of hotel operations and procedures.
