Job Title: Arb Surveyor/Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Arb Surveyor/Project Manager to join our team at Ground Control. As an Arb Surveyor/Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing de-veg works across SSE lines, ensuring that work is completed to the highest possible standards in terms of safety, environment, quality, customer service, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee de-veg works across SSE lines, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
  • Work in liaison with the Contract Delivery Manager to ensure work is completed within a set geographical area.
  • Utilize a team of operational staff to complete work to the highest possible standards.
  • Ensure strong negotiation and influencing skills to manage relationships with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and external partners.
  • Ensure awareness and respect for Health & Safety precautions at all times.
  • Coordinate workload effectively, balancing demands from numerous sources.
  • Provide exemplary customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Drive results-oriented approach, focusing on seeing projects through to completion.
Requirements:
  • Full, valid UK driving license.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Excellent organization skills, prioritizing effectively and balancing demands.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Awareness and respect for Health & Safety precautions.
  • Good coordination of both personal and team workload.
  • Exemplary customer service skills.
  • Results-driven mentality, focusing on project completion.
