Housing Officer Role

This is a full-time position with 37.5 hours worked per week, providing an excellent work-life balance.

The job type is permanent, offering stability and security for the right candidate.

We are seeking an individual who can deliver an effective housing management service, including tenancy management and enforcement. The successful candidate will have experience working within Housing, although this is not essential.

Key responsibilities will include managing mutual exchanges, permission requests, anti-social behaviour, succession requests, and estate inspections. Additionally, the candidate will support the delivery of an effective income collection service where needed.

A full UK Driver's license and own vehicle are necessary for this role, enabling the candidate to effectively carry out their duties. The estimated salary for this position is £28,749.23 per annum, reflecting the company's commitment to fair compensation.
