Job Description:

As a Cashier and Billing Coordinator, you will be part of a dynamic accounting team that ensures the smooth operation of our finances. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting the Finance Manager, handling CHAPS receipts and payments, and maintaining accurate records. You will also be responsible for ensuring timely and efficient processing of financial information, particularly during peak periods.

We are looking for an experienced accounts assistant or legal cashier who can provide exceptional support to our team. If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent IT skills, and the ability to multitask, we want to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Finance Manager in managing the firm's finances.
  • Process CHAPS receipts and payments efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Ensure timely completion of financial tasks, especially during peak periods.
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting team.

Salary Range: £27,000 - £32,000 per annum.
