Deputy Store Manager

As a Deputy Manager at Jollyes The Pet People, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager in the daily operations of our Halifax store. Your responsibilities will include team management, store standards, stock management, and delivering excellent customer service to our pet parents.

Key Responsibilities:- Support the Store Manager in the daily operations of the store
- Manage and motivate a team of store staff
- Ensure store standards are maintained at all times
- Manage stock levels and maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Deliver excellent customer service to our pet parents
- Competitive salary of £26,000 - £29,000 per annum, plus £2,000 annual bonus subject to achieving KPIs
