HUBER Parking UK is a leading contractor for systematized multi-storey car parks. Our company designs and builds contemporary car parking facilities. With a background of hundreds of projects across Europe, we are a leading D&B contractor in the car parking market.

We are seeking a permanent full-time Quantity Surveyor to join our team.

HUBER Parking UK's head office is in Langley, Berkshire but projects are across the UK. Candidates looking for a long engagement should be willing to travel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Manage commercial aspects of contracts, including application preparation, change request valuation, and client valuations.
  • Issue contract notices in accordance with the contract and company policy.
  • Oversee sub-contractor commercial management, including tendering, negotiations, and contract management.
  • Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and customer representatives.
  • Prepare project reports for senior staff, including CVR reports, commercial risk reports, and cost forecasts.
  • Develop and implement efficient systems of work within the QS department.
  • Apply academic-level thinking and working.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant QS construction experience, including JCT management.
  • Knowledge of construction planning and understanding of construction execution.
  • Ability to work productively, flexibly, and be eager to learn.
  • Willingness to travel across the country and abroad as required.
