Our team in Lutterworth is currently seeking a skilled Yard Operative to join our night shift team.

As a Yard Operative, you will be responsible for:

  • Receiving deliveries of supplies and ensuring safe handling and storage in accordance with operational procedures.
  • Loading vehicles with supplies and ensuring safe handling and dispatch in accordance with operational procedures.
  • Contributing to the safe handling and storage of chemical products to ensure compliance with legislation and operational requirements.
  • Building loads to meet customer orders, both manual handling and by fork-lifted pallets.
  • Filling packed chemical products using set safe operating practices.
  • Contributing to the safe and efficient running of the yard and warehouses.
  • Undertaking any reasonable tasks or duties assigned by your line manager from time to time, related to the effective and efficient performance of the job, and providing they are within the post holder's skills and ability.
