About the Role

This Senior Sonographer position involves ensuring high-quality examination results, leading scanning protocols, and managing day-to-day operations. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will work closely with colleagues and healthcare providers to deliver exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead sonography examination services and ensure quality assurance standards are met.
  • Develop and implement effective scanning protocols and quality control activities.
  • Maintain accreditation and pursue technical updates in obstetrics and gynaecology ultrasound.
  • Foster strong relationships with multidisciplinary teams and healthcare providers.
  • Oversee the operational management of sonography services.
Requirements
  • Holding HCPC registration and Advanced Sonographer Certification (desired).
  • At least 3 years of experience in UK sonography, preferably with expertise in obstetrics and gynaecology ultrasound.
