Hunter Gatherer AHP Resourcing, a leading specialist Allied Health Professionals recruitment agency, is seeking a highly skilled Histology Biomedical Scientist to work with our client in Devon. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced professional to expand their skills within a reputable NHS trust.



About the Role

This 3-month rolling contract offers the chance to work from Monday to Friday, core hours, with some flexibility. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a highly experienced team and contribute to the success of our client.



About the Job

As a Histology Biomedical Scientist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including microtomy, histology, and laboratory work. You will have the opportunity to work with a range of equipment and techniques, and contribute to the development of the laboratory.



Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:





  • A degree in a relevant field, such as biomedical science or histology

  • Experience working in a histology laboratory

  • Microtomy experience, with the ability to cut at least 30 blocks per hour

  • Full right to work in the UK
