Product Management Lead - End User Services

We are seeking a skilled Product Management Lead to join our team in London. As a key member of our End User Services team, you will be responsible for defining, developing, and managing hardware solutions that empower our employees to work efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and incorporate their feedback into product planning and execution.
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to inform product development and ensure our services remain competitive and innovative.
  • Champion the end user experience, ensuring that all hardware is user-friendly, accessible, and provides a seamless experience.
  • Provide direct input to projects - including equipment selection and guidance on installation and configuration.
  • Manage a team responsible for ensuring equipment – laptops, PCs, tablets, mobile phones, and peripherals – are delivered to colleagues in a timely fashion.
  • Ensure data is gathered to understand successes and failures – acting as required to protect service.
  • Work with suppliers and the SACM team to ensure our end user hardware inventory is accurate and carefully maintained.
  • Evaluate and manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, as required, to ensure they meet our quality and performance standards.
  • Oversee the creation of product documentation, user guides, and training materials to support end users and ensure they can maximize the value of the services provided.

Requirements:
  • Extensive product management experience in an End User Services environment. Product knowledge including Microsoft, Apple, Lenovo, and HP.
  • Strong familiarity with AV technology manufacturers like Poly.
  • Proven experience supporting complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • A strong customer focus and a passion for enhancing the end-user experience.
