Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) to join our team as a Clinical Team Leader. You'll be responsible for leading a team of nurses and supporting them in delivering exceptional care to our service users.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as NHS and employee discount schemes, 50% NMC registration renewal paid by Cygnet, and free parking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of nurses in delivering high-quality care to service users
  • Maintain excellence through clinical practice development and quality improvement
  • Provide clinical leadership, coaching, and mentoring to support the development of services
  • Be responsible for a planned programme of support across your area of focus, as determined by the annual plan for Quality and Compliance
  • Attend all training and engage in CPD to further knowledge and promote nursing
Requirements
  • At least two years' experience as an RMN or RNLD
  • Able to maintain documentation, undertake audits, and demonstrate integrity in your role
  • Good understanding of the latest nursing practices
  • Commitment to patient recovery to effectively monitor, manage, and reduce risk
  • Compassion, resilience, and dedication to empower and support service user independence
Desirable Qualities
  • Ability to deputise in a Manager role
  • Interest in leadership, research, and assessment
