As a key member of the Chief Risk Office, you will play a crucial role in developing Deutsche Bank's non-financial risk control environment for ESG considerations.

The estimated salary for this position is approximately $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We are looking for an individual with several years of experience in a similar analysis and risk role, preferably in operational risk management.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the integration of ESG within the bank's non-financial risk management frameworks;
  • Challenging the bank's ESG non-financial risk control and governance landscape while providing constructive proposed solutions; and,
  • Leading the ownership of associated ESG policy documents.
