Key Responsibilities:
- Perform planned maintenance, address breakdowns, and oversee line change-overs.
- Contribute to the Engineering department's vision and strategic plan.
- Maintain production OEE to meet site KPI targets.
- Identify and implement improvements within the engineering environment.
- Ensure adherence to factory-wide systems for compliance with company policies and statutory regulations for health, safety, and environment.
- Collaborate with relevant parties to support capital engineering projects.
Requirements:
- Preferably, experience in the FMCG industry.
- Electrical or Mechanical bias (both positions available).
Working Conditions:
12-hour shifts – 4 on, 4 off.
