Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Tyne Grange in Newcastle. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive care environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver person-centered care to patients, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain and enhance nursing skills.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse qualification (RNM/RNLD/RGN) and current registration with the NMC.
  • Experience in a care home setting, preferably with a focus on elderly care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including days, nights, and weekends.
