Nursery Assistant Opportunity

Teaching Personnel is working with a Primary School in Croydon to recruit a Level 3 Qualified Nursery Assistant for long-term cover. The school has been graded 'Good' by Ofsted and is seeking a candidate who can work in their nursery class.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the nursery team in providing high-quality care and education to children
  • Assist in planning and delivering activities that promote learning and development
  • Use good behaviour management skills to maintain a positive and safe learning environment
  • Lead small groups when needed and demonstrate a proactive attitude to your role
  • Adapt quickly to the needs of the nursery and the children
Requirements
  • Level 3 CACHE in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent)
  • Strong candidates who do not hold a Level 3 qualification will be considered
  • Good behaviour management skills and the ability to lead small groups
  • A proactive attitude to your role with the motivation and skill to plan activities
  • The ability to adapt quickly to the needs of the nursery and the children
