Junior Sous Chef - Epping

You will be working with a dynamic team at Lounge, a company that prioritizes real cooking and high-quality ingredients. As a Junior Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver exceptional dishes and ensure the prep is done for each day.

What you'll bring:

  • You are probably an existing Junior Sous Chef or an experienced Chef that is looking to take the next step in their career.
  • You will ideally have experience of working with fresh ingredients and be able to demonstrate good chef/kitchen skills (food prep hot and cold, cleaning, knife skills, good hygiene practices)
  • Good communication skills and a team player.
  • Self-motivated to work at pace, with limited supervision
  • Strong knowledge of best practice when it comes to all things Allergens, kitchen essentials and Food Safety.
