  • Defining Target Solution Architecture: Develop comprehensive solution designs that leverage existing technologies and align with industry best practices.
  • Engaging in Change Management & Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Contribute to transversal initiatives to secure continuous improvement of architecture practices at Pernod Ricard.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Architecture Development: Design and document solution architectures, including system components, interfaces, data flows, and integration points.
  • Technology Evaluation: Research and evaluate new technologies, tools, and frameworks.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues related to solution architecture.

Your Blend of Talent

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong experience as a Solution Architect or similar role, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
  • Good functional knowledge of Operations/Production/Manufacturing business.
  • In-depth knowledge of enterprise-level software development methodologies, frameworks, and technologies.
  • Strong expertise in solution design, including experience with cloud computing, microservices architecture.
  • Good understanding of the OT integrations for WMS/TMS.
  • Experience with top-tier WMS/TMS platforms Manhattan, Blue Yonder, Highjump, or SAP EWM.
  • Good understanding of ERP systems (SAP S4 Hana preferred) and associated integration mechanics.
  • Knowledge of architectural frameworks, design patterns, and integration technologies operations domain.
  • (Preferably) Own certifications as Enterprise and Tech Architecture (e.g., TOGAF), Agile certification/project management certification (e.g., SAFe), and SAP Certification.
  • Demonstrate excellent negotiation/mediation skills.
  • Have strong communication skills, with the ability to talk with both business & technical stakeholders.
