Homecare Supervisor

Care Outlook Ltd is a reputable home care provider in London and the South East of England, with a strong commitment to delivering outstanding care services.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Homecare Lead, responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained across all aspects of our operations.

The estimated salary for this role is £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, carers, and other stakeholders.

Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation, including the Care Act 2014 and the Health and Social Care Act 2012.

Experience of working in the adult social care sector, preferably in a leadership or management capacity.
