A leading Manufacturing Powerhouse based in Troon is seeking an experienced Accountant to join their team as a Senior Financial Controller. This exciting opportunity offers a chance to work on large accounts, make significant improvements to internal procedures, and spearhead excellence in financial management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for producing accurate and timely financial reports, reviewing monthly reconciliations, preparing management accounts, and undertaking ad hoc accounting tasks. As a key member of the team, they will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of new accounting processes and procedures, driving efficiency and improvement across the business.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical accounting skills, including CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualification and experience in Management Accounting. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
In return for their expertise, the company offers a highly competitive salary of £50,000 - £55,000 per annum, plus industry training and company benefits. This role is perfect for an ambitious Accountant looking to progress their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.
