Role Overview

This position involves engaging with customers, addressing complex questions, and providing strategic insights to inform future content and research. The successful candidate will collaborate with the research team, develop and maintain relationships with customers, and partner with Account Executives to deliver exceptional service and solutions.

  • Address advanced customer questions, helping them make critical decisions, and influence future content and research.
  • Partner with Account Executives to deliver exceptional service and solutions, leveraging technical expertise in the BESS space.
  • Mentor teams across revenue, product, data science, and research, developing a deep understanding of energy markets and BESS within Modo.
  • Become a public face of Modo through various channels, building thought leadership in the industry.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a preferred background in Origination, Strategy, or Commercial roles, with a proven track record of impact. They must demonstrate experience presenting to Executives, C-suite leaders, Investment committees, Risk committees, and at Conferences.

We require passionate individuals about battery storage and excited to contribute to building a clean power system. Exceptional time management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and nurture long-term relationships across the market, are essential.

Compensation and Benefits
