Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team in Newcastle upon Tyne. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a growing global professional services company, specializing in procurement services.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience across the full procurement lifecycle, including tender preparation and development as well as strategy development. They will also possess contract development and contract drafting skills, with expertise in Public and/or Utilities Contract Regulations procurement.

This role offers a competitive salary of £65,000 - £75,000, depending on experience, plus a car allowance, 33 days holiday inclusive of 8 Bank holidays, and a pension scheme with employer matching contributions up to 5%.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing procurement services on substantial construction-related projects from beginning to end, providing specialist procurement strategy advice to private and public sector clients, and supporting the growth of the procurement services provided.

The role requires travel both nationally and internationally, and flexible remote working is supported. We encourage excellent career progression and offer a results-driven environment.

  • Perform the obligations of a Procurement Manager and Contracts Consultant.
