Export Sales Administrator Role

Brook Street Recruitment is partnering with a leading supplier in the automotive industry to find a skilled Export Sales Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and organized individual who thrives in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, record, monitor, and process export documentation for customers outside the UK.
  • Create accurate invoices from customer orders.
  • Compile packing lists and ensure the correct preparation of customs documentation.
  • Communicate with customers regarding order dispatch and provide advice on export procedures.
  • Maintain competitive shipping and air freight costs.
  • Review and approve courier invoices.
  • Take on any additional duties as required to support the team.
