Care Assistant Position

We are looking for a reliable and empathetic individual to fill the role of a Female Care Assistant in Leatherhead. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing personalized support to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting with personal care, including continence support, washing, and dressing
  • Managing medications and administering prescribed treatments
  • Preparing hot meals and snacks according to clients' dietary needs
  • Maintaining a clean and safe living environment
  • Providing companionship and emotional support to our clients

As a care assistant, you will work closely with our clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care services. Your compassion, patience, and understanding will play a vital role in enhancing the well-being of our clients.

Requirements
  • Valid driving license and access to a vehicle for work
  • Availability for morning, day, evening, and night shifts, including some weekends
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including bank holidays

We offer a competitive salary of £19,000 - £23,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including enhanced bank holiday pay, holiday pay, and a pension scheme.
