Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team at Coburg Banks Technical. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a vital role in supporting the financial performance of our business.

The Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing weekly P&L flash/forecast results and monthly management accounts, working closely with operational management to understand business performance and drive profitability.

You will also coordinate the production of the annual budget and quarterly forecast, identifying risks and opportunities to the business area's forecast and supporting presentations to the Board.

Additionally, you will produce timely and accurate financial reports and business cases to support decision making, liaise closely with operational management, and present financials at monthly meetings.

Requirements:

  • Qualified accountant with significant exposure to cost management, financial modelling, and forecasting
  • Experience working within a dynamic environment, preferably in a multi-site setting
  • Able to deep dive into business priorities and drive outcomes
  • Analytical thinker with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Compensation: We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
