**Job Title:** Senior Estimator - Roofing Systems Specialist

**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator - Roofing Systems Specialist to join our team at Mitchell Maguire. As a key member of our construction recruitment consultancy, you will be responsible for estimating and managing roofing projects ranging from £50k to £1m.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Reviewing tender enquiries to gain an understanding of project requirements
* Liaising with clients to acquire any additional information required
* Liaising with suppliers and manufactures to obtain competitive prices
* Producing formal quotations to clients
* Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database
* Build and maintain relationships with contractors and vendors
* Prioritising workload to ensure deadlines are met

**Requirements:**

* Must have estimating experience dealing with roof tiles
* Ideally will have experience using Blue Beam or STACK estimating software
* Sound understanding of roofing and building legislation
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Strong numerical skills
* IT literate (Microsoft Office, particularly savvy in Excel)
* Confident and articulate individual
