Ward Manager

The Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board is seeking a skilled Ward Manager to lead the Clwyd Ward, a 20-bedded medical ward specialising in Elderly Care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and management, with the ability to speak Welsh desirable but not essential.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care. As a Ward Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the ward, managing staff, and implementing policies and procedures.

The successful candidate will have a passion for geriatric care and a commitment to delivering excellent patient outcomes. They will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
