Telesales Executive Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team at Eileen Richards Recruitment. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new leads, appointments, and referrals through day-to-day new business activity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage your own diary to generate new leads and appointments.
  • Make outbound calls to achieve scheduled sales opportunities with business owners and directors.
  • Work with the Business Development Manager to generate a quarterly plan to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Achieve quarterly sales targets.
  • Accurately build, manage, and maintain your sales pipeline.
About You:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional B2B or B2C sales role.
  • A driver with a high-energy and high-reward culture.
  • Pro-active and self-motivated, with a strong ability to stimulate others.
  • Outgoing personality with excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Professional and intelligent approach to work.
Additional Benefits:
