We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team at Eileen Richards Recruitment. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new leads, appointments, and referrals through day-to-day new business activity.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage your own diary to generate new leads and appointments.
- Make outbound calls to achieve scheduled sales opportunities with business owners and directors.
- Work with the Business Development Manager to generate a quarterly plan to maximize sales opportunities.
- Achieve quarterly sales targets.
- Accurately build, manage, and maintain your sales pipeline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional B2B or B2C sales role.
- A driver with a high-energy and high-reward culture.
- Pro-active and self-motivated, with a strong ability to stimulate others.
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication and organization skills.
- Professional and intelligent approach to work.
- An uncapped bonus scheme.
- 25 days holiday increasing to 27 days after 2 years service and 28 days after 5 years service.
