Publican Manager

The Old Chequers is seeking an experienced Publican Manager to oversee its refurbishment and operation. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in the pub trade, with expertise in managing staff, finances, and customer service.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of food, drink, and hospitality. You will also play a crucial role in implementing our business strategies and ensuring the long-term success of the pub.

We are offering a competitive salary of £66,310 per annum, based on your experience and qualifications. In addition, you will receive a generous share of profits and benefits package.
