About the Role

ORS Group is a leading provider of allied health and workplace rehabilitation services, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality, evidence-based services for over 30 years. We are seeking an experienced Speech Therapist to join our team as an Adult Community Speech Therapist.

Job Description

This is a full-time position that involves working across early intervention, school age, adolescent, and adult services with clients who have various presentations, diagnoses, and disability types. The successful candidate will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide communication assessments, swallowing and paediatric feeding (dysphagia) assessments, mealtime management plan development and reviews, augmentative and alternative communication assessments, and ongoing therapy.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
  • Registration or ability to become registered with SPA
  • A car and licence
  • National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain one before commencement
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 depending on experience, plus benefits including access to administration and IT support, high-quality and validated Speech Pathology assessment tools, online resource subscriptions, internal and external professional development opportunities, and the opportunity for clinical specialisation and career progression.
