Are you a Qualified Teacher with QTS looking to make a meaningful difference in a supportive and dynamic school environment? We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEND Qualified Teacher to join our Infant and Primary School in Aylesbury.

About the Role

As a SEND Qualified Teacher, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons that align with the National Curriculum. You will work closely with colleagues and parents to monitor and support each child's progress and well-being, creating a safe, respectful classroom culture that promotes independence and community contribution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality education to students, promoting academic achievement and personal growth.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging students to take ownership of their learning.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure student progress and well-being.
  • Develop and implement effective lesson plans, incorporating Forest School principles and outdoor learning.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring timely communication with parents and guardians.
Requirements
  • SEND Teacher with QTS, experienced in a mainstream school setting.
  • Passionate about teaching and making a positive impact on young learners' lives.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to school initiatives.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices and curriculum changes.
Estimated Salary

£38,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
