Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaising with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
  • Conducting viewings of properties and providing detailed information to potential buyers or tenants.
  • Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of local property market trends.
  • Managing property listings.
  • Handling administrative tasks related to sales and lettings, including documentation and contracts.
  • Providing exceptional customer service throughout the buying or renting process.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

Requirements:
  1. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual abilities are a plus.
  2. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  3. Previous experience in sales, lettings, or a related field is advantageous but not essential.
  4. Proficient in administrative tasks with attention to detail.
  5. A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
  6. A valid driving licence may be required for property viewings.

Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate can expect a salary of £24,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as benefits such as a company car, company events, and a company pension.
