We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join our team at Encord. As a key member of our procurement department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our business operations.

About You

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of commercial contracts, legal agreements, and risk management principles. They will also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, allowing them to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and negotiate contracts.

  • You will draft, negotiate, and finalise various legal agreements with a quick turnaround involving multiple stakeholders.
  • You will evaluate the risks, legal obligations, and commitments associated with contractual agreements.
  • You will review contract performance, assess commercial risks, and ensure appropriate steps are taken to manage such risks.
  • You will identify opportunities to improve processes, standardise contract templates, and automate contract management workflows to boost efficiency and effectiveness.

A competitive salary, ranging from €80,000 to €110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus commission and equity in a hyper growth business, is offered.
