About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Support Worker to join our team in Poole. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of deafblind individuals, supporting them to live independently and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing 24/7 support to individuals with complex disabilities, including daily living tasks, personal care, and medication management.
  • Aiding individuals in accessing the community, participating in social activities, and engaging in leisure pursuits.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with individuals, their families, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Certified or experienced Support Worker with a passion for empowering individuals with complex needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse communication styles.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-in shifts.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
