Role Overview:

Schneider Electric Norge AS is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Field Technician to join our BMS field service team. In this exciting opportunity, you will provide expert technical support to our customers, ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our Building Management Systems (BMS).

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience

Job Description:

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering best-in-class BMS support services, actively engaging with customers to identify and resolve operational issues
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of our BMS solutions, including electrical background and substantial experience in the BMS and/or HVAC industry
  • Generating clear and concise service reports that underscore the value of Schneider Electric's solutions
  • Identifying energy and enhancement projects, offering mutually beneficial suggestions and opportunities
  • Providing guidance and support to Operations Managers and Sales on larger opportunities
  • Participating in the team call-out rota and extending support to other team members whenever necessary

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Electrical certification
  • BMS/HVAC expertise
  • Networking and SQL knowledge
