  • DEMONSTRATING EXPERTISE IN ONE OR MORE AREAS OF SOCIAL WORK PRACTICE.
  • TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR OBTAINING REGULAR, EFFECTIVE SUPERVISION FROM AN APPROPRIATE SOCIAL WORKER TO ENSURE EFFECTIVE PRACTICE, CRITICAL REFLECTION, AND CAREER DEVELOPMENT.
  • DEMONSTRATING AWARENESS AND COMPLIANCE WITH REQUIRED STANDARDS.
  • CLEARLY REPORTING AND RECORDING JUDGEMENTS, DECISIONS, AND ANALYSIS USING THE APPROPRIATE SYSTEM.

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A social work qualification or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of the role of foster carers and adoptive parents, and experience in Family Placement work.
