About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Car Sales Executive to join our team at Listers BMW Dealership in Boston.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build trust and establish strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Communicate effectively to create a positive and memorable experience for every customer.
  • Maximize opportunities through prospecting, follow-up calls, and responding to customer inquiries.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, focusing on unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration, and add-on products.
  • Ensure accurate collection and management of customer contact and vehicle data to maintain a high-quality customer database.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in car sales, retail management, or sales management is preferred.
  • Ability to demonstrate a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with customers.
  • Valid UK driver's license is required.
  • Motor trade, automotive, or car dealership experience is a plus, but not essential as full training will be provided.
