Join the Octopus Energy team and be part of the global renewable energy revolution. We're recruiting Plumbers to install our Air Source Heat Pumps and drive the transition to low carbon technology. As a key member of our team, you'll work with a wide range of amazing co-owners on projects that break new ground. Your responsibilities will include working as part of a team to install low carbon technology in customers' homes, using your knowledge and experience of domestic heating and plumbing systems to prepare and install unvented cylinders, pipework, and radiators. You'll also be responsible for planning and communicating with the wider team and customers, and continuously learning about new technologies at our innovative R&D training centre. We're looking for passionate people who have worked on the installation of heating systems, and we provide full training for candidates looking to make the transition to renewables. Key requirements include a NVQ Level 2 plumbing qualification (or equivalent experience) and plenty of experience on the wet side of domestic heating systems. A full UK driving license with no more than 6 points is also essential. Other qualities we'd love to see include a laser customer focus, a proactive, can-do attitude, and a keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills.
