Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Tax Director to join our client's team, providing comprehensive tax advice to clients in relation to Inheritance Tax (IHT), Trusts, and Probate matters.
- Develop and implement tax planning strategies for high net worth individuals and families.
- Keep up to date with changes in tax legislation and communicate these effectively to clients.
- Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning.
- Participate in business development activities to promote the company's tax services.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong educational background in tax law or a related field.
- Excellent knowledge of Inheritance Tax (IHT), Trusts, and Probate matters.
- Exceptional communication and client management skills.
- A commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
- A STEP or CTA Qualification.
