Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled FAIRS Inspection Specialist to join our team at Owen Daniels. The ideal candidate will have experience in First Article Inspection within a highly regulated industry.

This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary of £42,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, and benefits including 28 days Annual Leave (inclusive of Bank Holidays), participation in the Employee Bonus Scheme, and Pension Scheme Eligibility.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing FAIR packs prior to internal / customer approval, raising Data Cards prior to internal / customer approval, and supporting the internal non-conformance process; raising rejects and ensuring all containment is captured.

  • Routine inspection of products to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaboration with Engineering to ensure smooth transition of new products.

About the Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a candidate with a positive attitude, an open mind to learning new skills, and well-versed reviewing FAIRS (First Article Inspection Reports). Experience working within a highly regulated environment/industry (aerospace, automotive, nuclear, oil & gas, rail etc) is essential.
